SWEAT & SNARKY

For people who show up to the gym anyway.

ABOUT US

We're not going to tell you that fitness changed our lives and now we wake up at 4 a.m. grateful for burpees. We're going to tell you the truth: the gym is hard, rest days feel like a moral failure, and nobody warned you that 'just five more minutes' on the treadmill is an outright lie.

Sweat & Snarky was born from a family member who actually loves this stuff — a certified health coach who genuinely finds joy in macros, PRs, and leg day. The rest of us find joy in complaining about leg day. Turns out, both are valid. And one of them makes better apparel.

The idea was simple: make gym apparel that says what everyone in the weight room is actually thinking. The kind of humor that makes your gym buddy snort-laugh mid-set. Nothing mean, nothing political, nothing that would get a kid sent home from school — just honest, dry, relatable humor for people who show up even when they really, really don't want to.

That last part matters to us. Every design gets approved with one question: is this something a 10-year-old could wear to school without getting in trouble? If yes, it ships. If not, back to the drawing board. We're not here to shock anyone. We're here to make you laugh on the way to the squat rack.

What We Stand For

          Humor that's dry, not cruel

No politics, no edge, no shock value — just real gym feelings

Quality apparel you'd actually wear outside the gym (if you leave the gym)

The Nana Standard: if a grandkid can wear it to school, it passes

Gym-goers, couch-sitters, and everyone on the spectrum in between — welcome

Who Is This For?

People aged 25–45 who consider themselves fitness-adjacent. Maybe you have a gym membership you sometimes use. Maybe you use it religiously and just like to complain about it. Maybe someone dragged you there and you survived. Either way, you get it — the caffeine dependency, the rest day guilt, the moment you realize the parking lot at the gym is actually more crowded than the gym itself.

You don't have to be an athlete. You just have to find it funny.
