Q: What kind of products do you sell?
A: Gym apparel — t-shirts, hoodies, tanks, and more — printed with dry, sarcastic humor about fitness culture. Think: the things you're thinking at the gym but wouldn't say out loud. We made them into shirts.
Q: Is the humor clean?
A: Yes. No profanity, no cruelty, no politics. Every design passes what we call the Nana Standard: if a grandkid could wear it to school without getting sent to the office, it ships. We're going for a laugh, not a detention slip.
Q: Do you have women's styles?
A: Yes! Our designs work across unisex and women's cuts. Check the product listing for available style options — we're adding more all the time.
Q: Do you have funny gym shirts for gifts?
A: That's basically the whole store. Sweat & Snarky makes a great gift for anyone who goes to the gym, anyone who means to go to the gym, or anyone who just appreciates the absurdity of voluntarily doing cardio. Birthdays, holidays, 'congratulations you survived leg day' — we've got you.
Q: Do you have plus sizes?
A: Yes. Size availability varies by product — check the size chart on each listing. If you don't see what you need, reach out and we'll do our best.
Ordering & Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are printed on demand and typically ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 7–12 business days total. You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship within the United States. International shipping availability may vary — check at checkout.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! You'll get a tracking email once your order ships. If you haven't received it within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then reach out to us.
Q: My order arrived wrong or damaged — what do I do?
A: That's on us. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll get it sorted. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever works best for you.
Returns & Sizing
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Because every item is printed to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues — so please check the size chart before ordering. However, if there's a problem with print quality, a defect, or we made an error, we'll make it right. No hassle.
Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Each product listing has a size chart with measurements. When in doubt, size up — we know you're not trying to look like a gym bro if you're not actually a gym bro.
About the Brand
Q: Who started Sweat & Snarky?
A: Sweat & Snarky is a small family-run brand. The humor comes from a certified health coach in the family who loves fitness with his whole heart. The business is run by someone who loves a good dry joke and has very strong opinions about what is and isn't funny enough to put on a shirt.
Q: Are you affiliated with any gym or fitness brand?
A: Nope. We're completely independent. No sponsorships, no affiliations — just people who think the gym is equal parts inspiring and ridiculous, and decided to put that on apparel.
Q: How do I contact you?
A: Use the contact form on our website or email us directly. We read every message and respond within 1–2 business days. (Yes, even on rest days. Especially on rest days.)
Q: Can I suggest a design?
A: We love hearing what the gym community is thinking. Use the contact form to send your idea. We can't promise every suggestion becomes a product, but we read them all — and occasionally one of them is exactly the kind of thing we needed to make.
